The studio faced the courtyard, so there wasn't much noise from the street. The building was very clean and in good condition. The neighbors were very quiet.
I would have liked to have been informed that there was a construction site with facade renovation opposite the studio for a week. Therefore, unfortunately, there was noise from about 9 am until about 5 pm.

Pieni asia: pyykinkuivausteline oli rikki. Lisäksi ruokapöytään ei mahtunut istumaa , kun vuodesohva oli levitettynä auki. Vuodesohvassa liian ohut patja (tarvitsisi erillisen petauspatjan lisäksi).

Unmatched location and ease of use - pristine condition throughout
I suggest to add accustic panels to absorb noise fron hallway/stairs (this was not a big issue during my stay)

Great location. Riga city centre was very walkable from the apartment. The apartment was basic but it had everything I needed for the week, including everything I needed to cook some meals. The shower was good and the location is quiet at night.
A shelf above the toilet would be super helpful. There is literally nowhere to put your things in the bathroom at the moment except on the floor or the toilet cistern. The basin is fine but it’s tiny so you can’t put things there.
