About this apartment rental
Beautiful, large and bright 82 sq. m with two separate bedrooms in the historical center of Riga (Art Nouveau district). The house is included in historical heritage. it is situated only 600 m. from the Old Town. Two bedrooms with double beds, living room with big sofa bed, kitchen, WC. Located on the 2 st. floor without elevator. Perfect for 2-5 persons. Variety of cafes and bars around.
Please note: facade renovation works are currently taking place on the building. Construction noise may be heard during daytime hours on weekdays. We apologize for any inconvenience.
This light and modern apartment with high speed Wi-Fi is the best starting point for your trip in Riga, due to its perfect location.
-Entrance hall: Offers a lot of space for your bags or other things.
-Bedroom 1: high ceilings and big window makes you feel just like at home. There are a big double bed for two persons and a large wardrobe.
-Bedroom 2: Equipped with a big double bed, just next to the window and a big wardrobe (Bed linens and towels are provided)
-Living room and kitchen: In the middle of the room there is a large table for six persons, kitchen is completely equipped (electric stove, oven, pans, pots, dishes, utensils, cups, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, kettle, etc.) and invites anyone to cook. In addition, there is a comfy couch, which can be pull out longer into a bed for two persons. Flat screen TV with cable, Wi-Fi, and a high-speed internet connection are available.
-Bathroom: Small wellness oasis with a bathtub, sink, WC. (Hair dryer, soap are provided)
You do not need to bring a hairdryer, an iron and a clothes dryer with you. These are provided for you in the apartment. If you run out of clean clothes, a washing machine is available for you to use free of charge.
The apartment is Ideal for 2-5 guests. The main entrance from the facade of the building. Elevator. Situated on the second floor without elevator. The excellent location of the apartment makes it easy to visit a large number of Riga’s landmarks in a very short time. The apartment is in the center and is a perfect starting point for many
cultural activities.
Parking available:
-50 meters - every night (20.00 - 8.00) and on Saturday-Sunday free of charge.
-150 meters from house private parking Europark - 14 EUR/24h

The apartment is a good size. 2 couples would be comfortable. So much is walkable. Archil, the property manager, was very easy to contact by VRBO message or email and he responded to every request quickly. He is very polite and easy to deal with. The apartment had a few deficiencies which he responded to quickly. The beds are comfortable and clean. The apartment was generally clean; the bathrooms, the floors, the counters, the dishes. The cleaners skipped over the details which they probably are not asked to clean. The coffeemaker was unusable because it was so caked with old coffee. The plastic tablecloth had never been lifted off the lovely glass table underneath and it was stuck by mold. A lot of the details in the apartment have been done by an amateur. It is a lovely apartment and could use a good once over by professionals. Decorating could use a boost. Pillows of a London theme & a “painting” of a big city. A nice touch would be to add a bit of a latvian theme with a couple of pillows and a painting.
It is a good basic place to stay: coffee right across the street; Dzirnavu street, the next one over, is filled with bars and restaurants: Rimi, the big grocery store is across the street and down a big block.
Loved our visit to Riga! The entrance into the building is easy. Steps are easy to climb because they were made the perfect height for climbing.
I hope that Archil continues to improve the apartment. It really could be a gem!
