-The location was good
-The bed was very comfortable
-Good value for money
-The lift doesn’t work so you must carry your luggages to upstairs
-There was just 2 pair of towels, it could have been more
-You can contact with stuff just 9 am to 9 pm so if you are going to make check in out of these hours and you deal with a problem then nobody to help

Everything was very clean, good location, nice staff, easy to check in.
Considering that it was very hot, there was no AC, it was difficult to stay in the apartment. Also, the TV was slow, many programs did not work, the remote did not work. The apartment was missing a large broom and a cloth to wipe the table surfaces with. The refrigerator did not have a freezer.

For its value and location. Walking distance to all the restaurants and shops. The host was very accommodating. The instructions to check in and out are clear.

The apartment size was good, access to public transport great. Kitchen facilities good but no toaster. Bed was comfy
There was no on-site parking - it was 100metres away on the opposite side of the street. There was nowhere to unload bags- very difficult with snow and traffic.The unit was on a very very busy main road with lots of traffic noise all hours. Unit was on 2nd floor with no lift. There was an acceptable smell in the bathroom
The unit was very hard to locate being on a main road- suggest parking vehicle first and then finding the unit door
Parking requires phone access to operate the boom gate
