Lovely host who gave detailed message with suggestions close by. Room was spacious, designed nicely, great transport close.
Tv is in a bit of an awkward spot. Kind of have to sit on end of bed. Maybe washing tablets/detergent would be a nice addition.

Nice small kitchen with fridge and stove. The location was a very good half hour walking distance from the center. Free parking nearby.
The room was very noisy both during the day and at night because it faced the street. Every bus and car passing by caused noticeable vibrations.
The amount of shampoo provided was insufficient.
The room was hot in summer due to poor ventilation, and it was impossible to open the window because of the heavy traffic noise throughout the night.
There was also noise coming from the drain.
There was no elevator, so guests had to carry their luggage up the stairs.
The room lock was very unsafe and unreliable.

The apartment size was good, access to public transport great. Kitchen facilities good but no toaster. Bed was comfy
There was no on-site parking - it was 100metres away on the opposite side of the street. There was nowhere to unload bags- very difficult with snow and traffic.The unit was on a very very busy main road with lots of traffic noise all hours. Unit was on 2nd floor with no lift. There was an acceptable smell in the bathroom
The unit was very hard to locate being on a main road- suggest parking vehicle first and then finding the unit door
Parking requires phone access to operate the boom gate
