It is a very quiet and peaceful place.
I think they should provide slippers in the washrooms. Also, the washing machine should be free to use, but they were charging €4.

Von der Wohnung konnten wir einfach in den hinter dem Haus liegenden Garten gehen und uns dort gemütlich hinsetzen.
In zwei Minuten waren wir bei der Straßenbahn, in wenigen Minuten beim Rundbus 82A/82B.

We received a warm welcome from our friendly host and we could park on the street outside the property. Our apartment was on the ground floor of the house and consisted of three small inter-connected rooms and a bathroom. We loved the characterful nature of the rooms and their furnishings. The centre of Chemnitz is easily accessed by tram (3euros30) or you can walk there (takes about an hour)

Die tolle Lage und die Natur, die zu langen Spaziergänge einlädt, genauso wie der liebevoll zubereiteter Frühstück.
