- die Lage - die Ausstattung und Gemütlichkeit der Wohnung - unkomplizierter Check-In und Check-Out in Eigenregie - großer Parkplatz vor der Tür aber siehe negativen Aspekt
- Parkplatzsituation: Mo-Fr 9-17:00 für maximal 2h, danach und am Wochenende frei; vor der Tür sogar nur max. 1h - sehr hellhörige Wohnung - Großteil der Steckdosen nach englischem Vorbild (Verteiler vorhanden, bringt USB mit!!!), wenige und ungünstig gelegene deutsche Steckdosen für Aufladen mit Netzteil
