About this house rental
Slow down, recharge, and spend time together: At the Fachwerkhof Klosterbuch in Leisnig, you can enjoy a countryside vacation with historic charm. Located directly across from the old Buch Monastery, our lovingly restored three-sided farmstead, built in 1846, can accommodate up to 15 people—perfect for families, groups of friends, or small seminars.
The spacious house features 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a cozy living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and free Wi-Fi. You can relax or spend time together on the well-maintained terrace. A shared kitchen and lounge are also available. In winter, the house is heated with wood-burning stoves.
Additional offerings (for a small extra charge):
• Seminar room (approx. 60 m², 90 €/day) with a wood-burning stove and rustic charm
• Grill and fire pit for social evenings
• Pizza oven—ideal for cooking together
There is a restaurant in the immediate vicinity, and shopping options are available in nearby Leisnig. The region is perfect for hikes, bike rides, and day trips, such as to Kriebstein Castle or Chemnitz (approx. 45 km). Leipzig is just an hour away by regional train.

Sehr liebevoll restauriertes Fachwerkaus mit viel Platz in Küche und individuell gestalteten Schlafzimmern. Freundliche und hilfsbereitete Vermieter. Schöner Garten mit Essplatz und Grillmöglichkeit. Direkt am Kloster und in der Nähe der Mulde. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Herr und Frau Littau waren extrem nett hilfbereit und unterstützend. Alle bitte Das Haus ist wirklich sehr besonders und hübsch. Wir haben uns in das Haus verliebt und würden sehr gerne wieder kommen!
