Die Unterkunft liegt in einer ausgesprochen schönen Gartenanlage mit der Möglichkeit alleine oder mit anderen zusammen zu entspannen. Bei Sommerhitze ist die Wohnung angenehm kühl. Die Ausstattung ist auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt geeignet. Einkaufmöglichkeiten und Restaurents sind zufuß gut erreichbar. Die Umgebung ist für Motorradfahrer reizvoll und die Nähe zu Leipzig bietet weitere Anzeize.
Für den gefliesten Boden wären ein zwei Läufer zu empfehlen, damit der morgendlich Gang ins Bad und die Küche auch barfuß angenehm wird.
