The living room with cosy sofa, fireplace and English TV opens directly onto the terrace. Adjacent is a fully equipped country-style kitchen with a dining area for all guests. The villa has four double bedrooms, with the master bedroom and a further double bedroom in the main house, as well as a separate bathroom and a fitness room. Two individual casitas provide additional accommodation, the first has a double bedroom, bathroom and kitchenette with dining area. The second has a double bedroom and en-suite bathroom. All areas are equipped with air conditioning and heating to ensure a comfortable stay. The holiday home is located in a gently rolling landscape 2 km south of Pollença in the north-east of Mallorca. There are good shopping facilities both in Pollença and in Alcúdia, 9 km away. The long sandy bay of Bahía de Pollença and the 10 km long dream beach of Alcúdia are both around 15 minutes away by car.
