The outside area is well-kept and cared with a wonderful garden full of olive trees and green grass. In it is the private pool where the views are panoramic to the countryside and the Tramuntana mountains.
400m2 of house with a capacity of 16 people, has 8 double bedrooms and 6 bathrooms,
two large living room and kitchen fully furnished and equipped. Large porch and fixed barbecue.
Beautiful Mallorcan stone facade with beautiful design.
It is located in the village of Ariany, well connected and only 16km from the beach.
The house has air conditioning in the bedrooms and living rooms,
central heating and two fireplaces in the rooms.
