Thanks to the air conditioning, you can feel right at home all year round – even in the four double bedrooms, one of which is fitted with two single beds and is on the same floor as the living room. All the others have access to the veranda. On the mezzanine level, you’ll find a handy wardrobe and a guest toilet, as well as a bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. Four more guests can stay in the two bedrooms on the ground floor, which also features two bathrooms. One of these has a bath for a relaxing end to the day. The villa is situated in the quiet residential area of Bonaire, just 4 km from Alcúdia, combining proximity to an attractive town with the benefits of a stunning coastal location. A short walk takes you to the idyllic little harbour of Cocodrilo. Here you can round off the evening with a nightcap. From the villa’s terrace, you can look out over Formentor Beach and the Bay of Pollença – destinations that are definitely worth a visit. In Can Picafort, 15 km away, you can stop off at one of the many seaside bars and soak up the seaside holiday atmosphere.
