The fantastic Casa Osborne offers the perfect setting for the best time of the year: your vacation! Let yourself be surprised by this incredible house for 8 people with sea views in Alcudia. Its outdoor area will allow you to enjoy relaxing baths to combat the heat, a comforting rest on the loungers surrounding the private pool (8 m x 4 m) with an outdoor shower. It is located in a beautiful Mediterranean garden, planted with flowering hibiscus, citrus trees, and bougainvillea. Enjoying its incredible sea views is one of the greatest pleasures of this accommodation. A terrace with loungers on the upper floor is available for this purpose. You can also use the Weber gas grill on one of its terraces, which will allow you to enjoy outdoor meals and dinners.
The fully air-conditioned house consists of a spacious living room with high-quality upholstered furniture, Smart TV and integrated dining room, a bedroom and a bathroom with shower located on the upper floor of the house. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped to prepare Mediterranean dishes. An exterior staircase with spectacular design covered with bougainvillea flowers leads to the pool area.
There are four bedrooms, with two single beds together in each one. The main bedroom has a full en-suite bathroom and a view of the pool. There are three bathrooms in total, two with bathtubs and one with a shower.
The highlight in Alcudia/Alcanada is the walking distance to the natural beach, one of the most beautiful golf courses in Europe, the small lighthouse island, and a very pleasant restaurant with a sea terrace. You can reach the well-known tourist center, Puerto de Alcudia, in a few minutes on foot, by car, or by bus.

The house is very nice, and the sea view is fantastic! Particularly the indoor of the house is very spacious and clean. The location of the house is good, in a quiet area but close enough to restaurants, super markets, beaches, etc. Some even on walking distance.
We had a great holiday!
Offer two sets of keys when rented to 2 families (8 people). It just makes it easier to accommodate different day plans. With one set of keys we always had to coordinate. It did not feel safe to leave the keys in the key box, despite that it is locked.
Communicate a little more proactively when maintenance is going to be done (e.g. pool maintenance). The pool maintenance is done late morning, beginning of afternoon. If that's announced, guests can plan their day better.

The villa was well-equipped especially the kitchen. Good location – peaceful yet close to shop, restaurant ( booking required), and the beach. The pool was great , and the host was friendly and helpful. Highly recommend !

The water in the pool was crystal clear, and the villa itself is in perfect condition. The bedrooms were comfortable – we all slept really well, which I especially appreciated as I’m very sensitive when it comes to sleeping with kids. The villa is located among other villas in a very quiet area, which we truly valued. There’s a small shop nearby where we could get the basics, and a lovely restaurant called Terazza where we enjoyed delicious paella and wine. There’s also a beautiful coastal path that leads to the main beach in Alcudia – about 2 km away and walkable, though we mostly drove. All in all, our holiday was a great success and we definitely hope to come back one day!
