Villa Guillona by Sealand Villas

Es war rundum schön. Alles sauber und gepflegt. Tolle Ausstattung, freundliches Personal, super Kommunikation . Die Lage ist einmalig. Es ist ruhig, dennoch erreicht man in ca. 15 min. die Altstadt von Alcudia

The villa was set in a lovely rural location, no neighbours too close by so it felt very private. The pool area was good with sun loungers enough for 8 people and a large pool. The villa itself was very spacious with large rooms and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals.

Because of the rural location it is essential to hire a car as we found that the local taxi services are not reliable at all. A car is also necessary as the waste disposal site for your rubbish bags is a 20 min walk away from the villa. The villa was clean enough but did feel like it was in need of a deep clean - e.g. dusty floors. When we arrived we also noticed pizza boxes (presumably from the last guests) outside the front entrance. In general, the furnishings were quite basic and in need of an update - e.g. the mattresses felt a bit old/bumpy and the beds only had one pillow per person. If you want luxury then this is not the villa for you, however, we found it good value and overall enjoyed our stay.

Location superb... peaceful and rural. Villa loads of space and impressively clean and tidy. Bed and towel change after 2 days was appreciated.

Kitchen....no grill pan, no oven tray, lacking in cooking dishes and the dishwasher was loose and needs repairing before an accident occurs. One of the garden chairs collapsed and broke. However, overall a super holiday rental...and this feedback is intended to help rectify these matters.
