About this villa rental
Away from the old road leading from Pollensa to Alcúdia you will find this estate surrounded by high cypresses just a few kilometers away from the sea and enjoying the cooling breeze. A private track across the fields takes you to the entrance of this completely restored villa which was finished in February 2001. The architect to whom the villa belongs has shown us here a real work of art.
The front side awakes memories of former times; there is still the old round summerhouse and a stove to be heated with wood. The entrance takes you to a very modern kitchen fitted with white furnitures and a dining corner. The extraordinary lounge-diner is built on 2 floors with a designer fireplace, couches and a Corbusier-dining table placed in front. Large and high, rotating windows and doors line the light-flooded room and bring in always a cooling breeze during the hot summer months.
On the groundfloor you will also find a bedroom with a king-size bed (2 x 2 metres) and a beautiful marble bathroom. A staircase takes you from the hall to the first floor. The floors of the 2 double bedrooms with bevelled beams are made of parquet. Beds: 0,80 x 1,90 m and 0,90 x 2,00 m. These rooms share a spacious bathroom with tub and shower. The 4th bedroom is separated and situated next to the garden and the swimming pool, recently renewed with a large double bed of 1,80 m x 2,00 and proper shower room/WC. You cross the beautiful garden and reach the big covered terrace, with access to the main house and also to the 5th bedroom. Also separated entrance, next to main house, with 2 beds 90 cm x 2,00 m and a shower room/wc ensuite.
The elegant garden with grass, a large pool, high palm trees and old trees will enchant you. Through a gap between the enormous cypress trees you look down to the bay of Port de Pollensa. The large summer kitchen invites you to enjoy parties and cozy evenings with its large BBQ on one side and a cooker and built-in cupboards on the other side. An extraordinary lighting installation gives an enchanting ambience to the estate.

A very beautiful and comfortable villa. It's a delightfully spacious place with a large range of common areas, two kitchens, and beautiful grounds. Everything is well maintained, the kitchen is well stocked, and has everything you need for a long stay. You definitely need a car, but otherwise it's well located and easy to get to the beach and town. Communication was easy with Maria at all times.
