Margalida
Villa "Margalida" is a stunning natural stone villa that combines traditional charm with modern luxury. Situated on a 7,000 m² plot, the villa looks back on over 70 years of history, although the house itself was newly built.
The charming poolside house adds a nostalgic touch to this otherwise modern retreat. Outside you will find inviting seating areas, perfect for relaxing in the sun or in shady spots under parasols. The terrace and pool area are surrounded by a lush Mediterranean garden with palm trees and rocky landscape. Enjoy breakfast on the pebble terrace or a BBQ dinner in the evening. The pool, decorated with blue mosaics, is a perfect place for a refreshing dip. The elevated position offers spectacular views, which are best enjoyed from the spacious roof terrace on the upper floor.
Inside, the villa is beautifully designed with natural stone, wood and earthy tones that create a warm, welcoming atmosphere. It offers four spacious double bedrooms, three modern bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen ideal for self-catering. With a large, open-plan living and dining area, "Margalida" is perfect for families or groups looking for both comfort and style.
Villa "Margalida" is located in the north-east of Mallorca, just 10 minutes from the expansive dream bay of Alcúdia. It is just 800 metres from the edge of the small village of Santa Margalida, where you can shop, stroll and visit great bars. The villa is a 10-minute drive from the popular seaside resort of Can Picafort. Some excellent beach bars and restaurants (e.g. in the Sunshine Bar "El Sol" on the gleaming white sandy beach of Son Serra de Marina) are also within easy reach.
