The high-quality Sa Pleta is located between Sant Joan and Petra and can accommodate up to 12 people plus a toddler. The property offers a beautiful view of the lush greenery, a private pool, Wi-Fi, and air conditioning.

Sa Pleta is located between Petra and Sant Joan in the center of the island. Although there are other houses in the immediate vicinity, you still have complete privacy.
Built in 2008, the house is in a quiet location with a beautiful panoramic view.
The house features an open veranda that wraps around the property, perfect for enjoying the sunshine with a direct view of the pool.
It can accommodate up to 12 people plus a toddler, with 6 double bedrooms featuring en suite bathrooms.
The spacious living-dining room is bright and features a fireplace, air conditioning, and satellite TV.
The separate kitchen is fully equipped, and a second refrigerator for beverages is also available.
The bedrooms are all very large and bright, each with an en suite bathroom. Five of the six bathrooms feature a bathtub.
The outdoor area is a dream: a private pool with a view of the greenery, plenty of sun loungers and umbrellas, and a very cozy seating area on the covered terrace with a built-in grill.
The entire house is air-conditioned and Wi-Fi is available.
A tennis court is reserved for you for a small fee, as are breakfast service and half-board.
