This Majorcan property is a rarity! Here you will find a successful blend of tradition and modernity. The character of this old mansion has been preserved.
This estate is ideal for friends and families who wish to enjoy life and nature. On this large estate there are horses, ducks, sheep and much more. If desired, you can hire the horses for a guided ride.
This fantastic estate is located between the towns of Petra and Son Serra de Marina and has capacity for up to 8 people. In addition to the main building, there are still some agricultural buildings, where tools and equipment for the administration of the estate were stored. Many of the antique objects can still be admired today.
Entering through the lobby, there is the living room with satellite TV, DVD player and WiFi. In the fully equipped kitchen nothing is missing, here too you will find a successful combination of modern technology in a rustic setting.
The house is prepared with 4 bedrooms (3 x double bed, 1 x 2 single beds) and 4 en-suite bathrooms for 8 people. Two of the bedrooms and bathrooms are on the ground floor, the other two are on the upper floor. Guests will be able to use and enjoy the entire property.
In the outdoor area there is the natural pool of 4x8 metres and offers fun and relaxation for the whole family.
On the property there are many different seating areas where you can relax and let nature impress you.

IMPORTANT:
- All additional payments and online registration procedures are managed through instant messaging, outside the platform.

The space waa accurate to description. We were a family of 11 with 5 children and the pool was perfect and kitchen was great for making meals. Space was clean and inviting. We spent a lot of time outdoors

This is a unique property, very rural, rustic with a huge amount of charm and character which was exactly what we where looking for. There is so much to discover on the property, both inside and out. We stayed a week, a car is essential! Being inland we were able to explore various bits of the coastline on different days which was great for variety. The local beach at Son Serra de Marina was stunning and only a 10 minute drive from the property. It’s also the closest place to eat out, we only managed one meal but there appeared to be several good restaurants all within a small area. We mainly enjoyed home cooked meals using the kitchen which we felt was very well equipped - especially with wine glasses! One of the highlights was eating outside watching the sunset behind the mountains - quite special.The pool and surrounding area was a lovely space to spend time in - just a few cockerels and peacocks in the distance but apart from that totally peaceful.

Location perfect to reach the beaches in the northeast,the agency Mallorca Charme was really friendly and helpful.
Property was a little bit shabby but not that chic. Our main problem was the missing air conditioning, the rooms on the upper floor hardly bearable during the night due the heat.Another topic was the missing cleaning service during the 13 days, that would have made our stay a little more comfortable for us. And we know, that there are cleaning services in other Fincas.
