The terraces, surrounded by lots of plants, offer fantastic seating areas on the property of this villa in Mallorca: you can choose between the beautiful dining table and several café seating areas. There are shaded and open areas. Palm trees and other Mediterranean green plants not only create a decorative picture, but also convey a high degree of cosiness. In the evening, you can prepare Mediterranean delicacies on the mobile charcoal barbecue. The presence of an outdoor bathroom makes outdoor living even more comfortable. If you ever want to leave your private holiday oasis, all you need to do is pass through the gate and you have a wide range of options at your disposal.

If you rent a car, there is an open car park on the property. Villa Mon Repos I is located 80 metres from the beach and just a 10-minute walk from Port d'Alcúdia. Thanks to its location, you have access to numerous activities such as surfboard hire, beach volleyball, etc. It is also within walking distance of beach bars, cafés, restaurants, supermarkets and the hidropark.
