This is a good villa in a great location. It is located c200 metres from a lovely beach, and approx 10-15 minutes walk from lots of restaurants, shops and bars.
The villa has a good pool in a garden with a mix of sunbathing and shaded areas. The inside of the villa is modern.
However, there are a couple of downsides. First, the plates, cups and cutlery were dirty in the cupboards when we arrived. Second, the number of plates, cups, towels etc were minimal, e.g. no beach towels or bath mats

Accommodation very comfortable, nice location, plenty of restaurants etc walking distance though nicer ones a bus ride away in Alcudia old town or further. No support from Interhome when questions came up, though nothing critical for us. Bring strong mosquito spray for the evenings if you are susceptible.

Pool nicht benutzt, da Wasser schmutzig weil Pumpe defekt? Balkongeländer (Glaselemente) locker ...! Bei Ankunft Rolladen im Einbettzimmer nicht zu öffnen, leider erst (3Nächte) 2Tage später Reparatur. Tag und Nacht Hundegebell in der Nachbarschaft! Persönliche Übergabe Ihrerseits wäre zu überdenken und von großem Vorteil, so wären vielleicht die Probleme direkt zu lösen gewesen. Schade…. Denn ansonsten ist es ein sehr, sehr schönes Haus!!!!!

Die Wohnung sowie Kommunikation mit Interhome war sehr gut. Die Lage perfekt, nah am Strand aber doch sehr ruhig gelegen. Die übrige Ausstattung der Wohnung war jedoch ungenügend beziehungsweise teils nicht vorhanden (Reinigungsutensilien, Toilettenpapier, Tabs für Geschirrmaschine, Waschmittel, Geschirr, Handtücher). Achtung: Die Wohnung ist keinesfalls für 6, sondern maximal für 5 Personen, das Sofa bietet zu wenig Platz für eine erwachsene Person (kein Schlafsofa).
