About this villa rental
Villa Gelaberts is a cosy and pleasant family holiday home with a private swimming pool, perfectly located in the Playa de Muro area, within walking distance of shops of all kinds and the perfect sandy beach. Finished to a high standard and offering the most modern amenities, this cheerful villa will surprise its guests with its pleasant atmosphere, bright decor and beautiful outdoor areas overlooking the Albufera nature reserve. Villa Gelaberts can accommodate up to 6 guests in 3 spacious air-conditioned bedrooms.
Inside, the villa is distributed on a single floor and has been recently renovated to offer an even more pleasant holiday experience. It features a spacious living room with a dining area (offering satellite TV with free channels, sofas, armchairs, wi-fi internet), a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary appliances for a self-service holiday, a double bedroom, 2 bedrooms with single beds and 2 family bathrooms with bathtub + shower. The villa is spacious and bright, with plenty of space to spend time together and have privacy when required. The bedrooms have air conditioning (included in the rental price between 2 pm-4 pm and 8 pm-8 am).
Outside, the villa is surrounded by pleasant gardens and paved terraces, perfect for sunbathing and enjoying the Mallorcan breeze. The private pool measures 6.5 m x 3.7 m (depth between 1.1 m and 1.4 m) and is equipped with 6 sun loungers. There are comfortable seating areas under the shaded terrace, as well as many opportunities for outdoor dining.
The tourist tax is included in the rates.
Information to take into account:
In the event of key loss or if keys are left inside the accommodation, a charge of 50 € will be applied during office hours and 75 € outside of office hours. New keys must be collected by the guest at our office.
On the check-out day, no rubbish should be left on the property. Guests must remove it; otherwise, a charge of 150 € will be applied for waste management.
The guest registration is required by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021, of 26 October) and Greece (Law 4446/2016), therefore near your arrival date, we will send an online check-in link for the registration of all guests.

Excellent place &, location, super clean, staff was reachable.
if someone comes to work here - I would not rely on the Internet, we appreciate heated swimming pool - this one didn',t have it

Lovely location, walking distance to local shops, bars, beach, and restaurants. Pool was lovely. Villa was well equipped.
Beds weren',t the comfiest however if you like a more firmer bed then it won',t be an issue. Shower pressure wasn',t great.

The house was super tidy and had everything we needed for the vacation, including grilling equipment and big kitchen with oven, fridge, microwave and everything else.There was also quite a big pool with the depth good enough to swim.We mostly were using the car to travel to beaches/,shops but there’s quite a nice sand beach in the walking distance from the house.There’s plenty of space to park the car on the street near the house.The key handover was organised via the lockbox and was flawless.
Not the problem of the house: in mid June there were a lot of mosquitoes in the evening, in other locations of the island as well. Make sure to bring some repellent spray.

Eine sehr schön gelegene Finca mit schönem Pool.
Räumlichkeiten waren gut ausgestattet.
Finca läd zum entspannen ein.
Strand sehr gut zu Fuss erreichbar. Gute einkaufsmöglichkeiten.
Diese Finca kann man mit sehr Gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen.
Matratzen könnten mal ausgetauscht werden.
Ein neuer Anstrich der Fassade würde die Finca nochmals aufwerten.
