Located in the magnificent area of Puerto de Alcudia, this apartment welcomes 6 guests.
This charming flat near the centre of Puerto de Alcudia offers the comfort of a house that will make your holiday an unforgettable experience. Imagine starting your day having breakfast on the wonderful terrace of the flat, or extending your evenings while eating or having a drink with your companions. Please note that, due to its location in an apartment building, there are direct neighbours.
Located on the first floor of a building without a lift, the interior of the accommodation is designed to offer you the rest you deserve. The living-dining room, equipped with AC and television, will undoubtedly become the ideal space to relax at the end of the day. The kitchen is independent and has a ceramic hob and all the necessary utensils for you to cook comfortably. There is a washing machine, iron and ironing board in the house. When it is time to sleep, there are three bedrooms, one with a double bed and two with two single beds each, all of them with AC. Two complete bathrooms with bathtub complete the property. If you are travelling with your baby, we can provide a cot and a highchair.
The property is located right in the centre of Puerto de Alcudia, so all the necessary services to enjoy an independent stay during your holidays are within walking distance. Furthermore, in Puerto de Alcudia you will find a multitude of shops, entertainment venues and restaurants where you can enjoy the local gastronomy. Tuesdays and Sundays are market days in Alcudia and the town becomes a bustling and lively place. We encourage you to visit the ancient Roman ruins where you can see a beautiful amphitheatre. By car or bus you can easily reach other areas with worthwhile beaches such as Playas de Muro, Ca'n Picafort, Formentor or Puerto de Pollença.
There is a garage only available for motorbikes and/or bicycles. Not suitable for cars.

We really had a good time in this house. The apartment is comfortable clean large, very nice view from the balcony, the area is quiet calm, we enjoyed every day in this place, accommodation fully consistent the description! Thank you to the owner for the good organization of our trip we got all the documents to the instructions easy to find this place. All the questions we have received answers. Nearby are various shops, bars, restaurants and other entertainment and is located very close to the beach house, which is very convenient. Thank you for a great vacation!"

The apartments are very good. They are located in the quiet part of a town, there are channels around and the sea is very close. The apartments are spacious enough. There were two adults and two children of us.
We rented through the "Charming Island" agency. We've faced some problems with internet. We wrote to the agency and they helped to resolve the problem. Besides, at departure we forgot some things. The agency agreed to help and sent them to the motherland. I am thanking them for all their help.

Our family with 6months baby stayed here for 16 days and it was perfect holiday!
It's a lovely apartment near the sea in a quiet place. Free parking, friendly manager and owner, not far many cafes and restrains, perfect Alcudia's beach. There is a kid's play ground on the way to the sea.
After check-in we found fresh water, fruits and biscuits special for us. It was most welcome after long way from home ))
I will recommend it to all my friends!

It's a very lovely apartment in a calm place. Beautiful beach, children's playground, shops and restaurants are near. Free internet, parking, friendly manager and owner. Check-in and check-out in convenient time (5 p.m. and 6 p.m.). In the apartment we found fresh water, fruits and cookies - it was most welcome after long fly )) Very good for families with kids.
