Super clean, lovely welcoming hosts. The kitchen/lounge area was a bigger space than appeared in the photos. The barn was very warm and fire was a cosy touch for the cold weather while we were there. I would stay again in a heartbeat. A few min drive to the Burrator Inn where we had a great meal. Local walks over to the reservoir directly opposite the drive.
The barn was perfect for us but shower space is tight if you aren’t as mobile and floors in living area quite slippy, our Labrador fell over multiple times (typical lab!) and I would worry if she was much older.

Would highly recommend Southlake Barn. Beautiful accommodation, very friendly and helpful host, brilliant area with lot of walks from the doorstep, amenities nearby with good pub, shops and garage within a few miles, excellent all round.
