A lovely traditional holiday home which was perfect for our needs. This is a second stay for us, this time with our black Labrador. The owners are very generous and helpful, and left a gift of bread, butter, eggs and milk. We look forward to staying again when next in Yelverton.

The kitchen was good. The hosts were friendly.

When we arrived no key in the box, had to call and wait for 45 minutes in the hot weather to get the key which ruined our planning the day of arrival. The annex was not cleaned as they didn’t expect us on 27th May, expected us on 28th. No bags in bins, no washing up liquid. The dogs were running into the annex everyday and barking early mornings. The rug in the living room covered with dust and smelled, we had to request them to remove and stayed without rug. Good property however they need to invest in cleaning the place thoroughly probably a deep cleaning needed. Dust everywhere, bathroom was not clean, no hot water on the first day. The bed is also not very comfortable and was moving.
