Great location, clean and secure
TBH not much but a TV antenna cable and local channels would have been nice but I’d say not an issue for most.

Quiet despite being in the CBD. Lots of natural light.
Very hard to collect keys and get into carpark. Took us nearly an hour.

The building was very quiet at night.
The collection of the key system was appalling. It was in a secure locker but unfortunately the key & car lift remote wasn't there. Was contacted by an international firm in England & had to check all the lockers but to no avail. Took over an hour to get it sorted. Someone came to give us a spare key but with no car lift access it was an inconvenience to bring the car lift down each time.
