Le confort, la propreté, la qualité des équipements tout neufs, la literie de très bonne qualité et la localisation en plein cœur du centre-ville, proche mediatheque et rues commerçantes. Des parkings gratuits sont à proximité.

Il manque quelques équipements au niveau des ustensiles de cuisine. La connexion était défectueuse par moments et on ne capte pas certaines chaînes de télévision.
