Collecting the keys was fine, but it was a little confusing to know where to go after that. We knew the apartment number but we were unaware that the two towers had a seperate address and that was how we worked out which tower we were in. Once we worked that out it was perfect.

Location was good for trams and view is beautiful, beds are comfortable and rooms are a good size
The blinds in the room were filthy and hand prints all over the windows, the shower drain doesn't work well so water floods the bathroom floor... the reception staff said that and induction had to be done at 7pm if we would like to use the pool or gym facilities... so quite inconvenient for our dinner plans
