Beautiful apartment provided with everything. The kids bed was especially appreciated.

The keys are required to be retrieved from Pacific Asian across the road and concierge at the accommodation cannot hold baggage. Additionally being charged to store baggage without prior notice is pretty poor. Additionally the bed was not the most comfortable causing myself pain when sleeping (I very rarely feel pain whilst sleeping).
The place is in a nice location Southbank, however public transport if focussing on being in the city is limited. For example I worked in Docklands and using public transport would take 26 minutes whilst walking was 30 minutes.
I will say Terence was great with responding to phone calls and texts
