Прекрасная вилла - свежая мебель, хороший ремонт, ухоженная. Достаточно тихое мест, тупиковая дорога, поэтому никто не ездит мимо. Рядом свиноферма, поэтому иногда хрюкают свиньи. Хороший бассейн, можно освежиться, позагорать. Местоположение неплохое, но нужен байк или машина, без байка было бы трудно. Можно передвигаться на такси, оно приезжает прям к вилле. В пределах 15 минут езды есть куча всего. В этой части острова хорошо развита инфраструктура, поэтому тут нет проблем найти магазины или заведения. 10-12 минут ехать до ТЦ. В общем, при наличии транспорта - шикарное место.
Грязноватые полы, но посуда, мебель, постельное - чистые. Но полы можно получше мыть.
