Villa de Morgat is a family home dating from the 1960s, set in a large garden on the edge of a pine forest, just 200 metres from Morgat beach and harbour.
All shops and amenities are within easy walking distance:
supermarket, restaurants, bakery, etc.
Water sports centre, beaches, kayak rentals, surf school, and more are also nearby.
An ideal base for your holidays on the Presqu’île de Crozon, with direct access to the GR34 coastal hiking trail leading to Cap de la Chèvre.
Villa de Morgat features a large, fully enclosed garden with children’s play equipment, a trampoline and a ping-pong table, as well as a lovely terrace with barbecue, dining table, chairs and sun loungers — perfect for enjoying the peaceful surroundings of the pine forest.
A dedicated utility room is available, equipped with a washing machine and tumble dryer, and offering storage space for bicycles, boards and other outdoor gear.
The villa comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets, and includes:
– Wi-Fi throughout the house
– A spacious open-plan living area with lounge, fireplace, TV, large dining table and a well-equipped eat-in kitchen (dishwasher, direct access to the terrace)
– A ground-floor master bedroom with a 140 cm bed (duvet) and en-suite shower
– A separate WC on the ground floor
– A spiral staircase leading to the first floor
– A sea-view bedroom with a 160 cm bed (duvet) upstairs
– A bedroom with two 90 cm single beds (duvets) upstairs
– A large bathroom with WC
Beds are made upon arrival, and towels are included in the rental.
