About this house rental

The house has a private access that can ideally accommodate 6 people + baby with a walled garden and close to the beach and shops, bars and restaurants. The terrace is facing south for casual meals (barbecue).
Ground floor: entrance, living room, kitchen with old stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, toilet. Large garage with washing machine, freezer.
1st floor: 3 bedrooms with double beds (140x190cm), 1 bathroom (shower-bath).
Outside: Terrace very sheltered, lawn, living room of garden, barbecue and privative carparks. On the back of the house a large outdoor dryer.
The peninsula offers more than 120km of coastal paths with the famous GR34, many water sports, trips to the sea, many beaches with spots for skiing, hikers and / or amateur photographers of nature. will find exciting natural spaces.
We are waiting for you on the Presqu'île with in summer all the seasonal activities like the musical Tuesdays of Morgat, the themed evenings and other markets!

The house was comfortable, the owner was friendly and helpful and the location, close to the beach, shops and restaurants was really good. We had a lovely week with our granddaughter.

great location

fantastic location. central, but really quiet and tucked away. the plumbing was a bit basic (one very small loo), but the house had a great feel, was very comfortable, and did not disappoint us. I should also mention that it is 2 minutes from the beach, and two minutes from the local supermarket. that's superb.

Agréable maison, déco des années 60. Nous avons bien apprécié sa fraîcheur pendant cette période caniculaire. Située très proche de la plage et des commerces, tout se fait à pieds. Nous avons passé un bon séjour.

Aucun problème à signaler ! Les atouts sont nombreux : - la maison est idéalement placée et dispose d'un emplacement de parking dans l'allée qui mène au garage. Elle est située dans une impasse, bien au calme. Le confort est certes rudimentaire mais c'est suffisant et surtout conforme au descriptif de l'annonce. Donc pas de surprise ! De plus, elle dispose de tout l'équipement nécessaire. Enfin, M. Ménesguen, le propriétaire, est très sympa, disponible et réactif à toutes demandes. Super séjour dans un bel endroit. Nous recommandons vivement.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour dans cette maison, idéalement située à proximité immédiate de la plage et du port, mais aussi des commerces et restaurants, dans un environnement très calme. L’accueil du propriétaire est également très appréciable, nous conseillant sur les sites à visiter et activités nombreuses à faire sur Morgat et aux alentours. Bref, de superbes vacances dans une très belle presqu'île : à recommander !

La maison est idéalement située, avec un confort simple et un environnement agréable, extrêmement calme. On se sent très bien dans cette maison et l’accueil du propriétaire et de l’organisatrice est irréprochable. Quant à Morgat, c’est un coup de cœur. C’est un joyau ! Au plaisir de vous revoir.

Logement idéalement situé, proche des commerces et des restaurants. A deux pas de la plage. Elle se situe dans une impasse calme. Concernant la maison, il ne faut pas s'attendre à du moderne. Comme on dit: ''elle est dans son jus''. Mais c'est ce qui fait son charme. Elle est très spacieuse et bien équipée. Nous étions accompagnés de nos 2 bêtes à poils. Le jardin clos était idéal pour les faire jouer et le garage très pratique pour les retours de balades pluvieuses (même s'il pleut rarement en Bretagne !!) Accueil très sympathique et chaleureux du propriétaire. Je recommande vivement ce logement.

La maison est conforme à la description de l'annonce , une belle cuisine avec tout ce qu'il faut pour préparer les repas , le séjour a maintenant une petite télé et la wifi .celui ci donne sur un petit jardin agréable ou une partie est dédié aux repas plutôt le midi plein soleil mais aussi l'apéro Possibilité de se reposer dans des transats Nous n'avons pas utilisé le barbecue .La maison est très centrale le super U à deux pas avec un poissonnier tous les jours jusqu'à 13 h .Plein de petits resto cafés aux alentours .Nous étions 5 et avons bien profité de notre séjour !! faire la ballade en b

Les deux semaines étaient fort agréables grâce au soleil et à la situation de la maison. Elle mériterait quelques arrangements pour en améliorer le confort, mais sa situation est exceptionnelle et son propriétaire a l’écoute.

... mais malgré le charmant accueil et l’intention de bien faire du propriétaire, la maison est dans son jus! En revanche l’emplacement est parfait et correspond au descriptif. Alors il faut choisir... et les propriétaires le savent 😉

Un accueil chaleureux, une maison propre, spacieuse et fraîche (il a fait très chaud début juillet!!!), et un emplacement idéal dans Morgat, à deux pas de la plage et des commerces. Je recommande cette location !
