2-room apartment, No. 1:
Modern, comfortable 2-room NON-SMOKING apartment (45 sqm) on the mezzanine floor with a glazed porch and underfloor heating and an additional terrace (partial sea view). The apartment is equipped with a bedroom (double bed 1,80 x 2,00 m) and a bunk bed, a living room with a sofa bed (on request a free cot and highchair), a large dining table + chairs, sofa, cable TV, radio & CD player, DVD player, a kitchenette (with a dishwasher, 2-burner stove, microwave, coffee maker, dishes, etc.), and a bathroom (with shower / toilet). There is also a sleeping loft (with a single bed) which is accessible via a ladder and has a ceiling height of 1 m. Pets are only allowed upon request and payable with a pet cleaning fee of 20 €. Bed linen and towels (initial supply) are rentable for 10 € p. Pers. (Please the keyholder preorder.)
The villa "Goode Wind" is located directly behind the Ahlbecker pier in a very quiet side street. The apartments are located on the mezzanine floor and have a central location. You are close to the train station, shopping, the Baltic Sea spa (spa stays), the beach promenade and the cinema. In the basement there is a lockable bike room, a washing machine and a dryer. Ostseethermen- Card "for all guests inclusive! Smaller pets on request possible (20, - € final cleaning)! In the basement are a laundromat / dryer available. As a partner of the Ostsee-Therme Usedom we offer our guests a special service, you get 50% discount on the entrance fee to the spa, when and as often you feel like swimming and sauna fun have (card deposit: 5, - €, repayment on departure ). Please note that the spa is closed for maintenance about 14 days a year in January.
Arrivals are possible from 15:00 to 18:00 and departures from 08:00 to 10:00.
