Apartment: ## New WiFi ## Your apartment (approx. 55sqm) is located in a family house, which is located in a quiet residential area. There are 1 bedroom with a double bed (1.60mx 2.00m), a combined living / bedroom with a double bed, a kitchen, a small bathroom with shower and toilet and a hallway. They have satellite TV and radio. The kitchen is equipped with a stove with oven, refrigerator, dishes, cutlery, kettle and coffee machine. There is no dishwasher. You enter the apartment through a separate entrance. Parking is available nearby. Barbecue and seating are available on the terrace. You also have a lockable bike shed. Smoking is not allowed in the house and the building is under video surveillance.   Arrival: Arrival is possible between 3 p.m. and 6 p.m. Arrivals earlier or after 6:00 p.m. only possible by appointment. We will make the apartment available to you on the day of departure by 10 a.m. Other: The first bed linen is provided, towels are to be brought along. The local tourist tax is payable to the landlord on arrival. The final cleaning is done by the tenant.
