Excellent location in the lovely area of Highgate, close to coffee shops, pubs, transport links. Lovely sun trap balcony. All of the flat was spotless and well looked after. Basics provided eg towels, toiletries, tv Such as pleasant stay and amazing value for money. Will love to return one day!

Location was great, very nice neighbourhood, quiet and very close to the subway station. The apartment was big, all rooms as expected. Hosts were very friendly and keeping in touch for anything. Well furnished kitchen and ample dining and living room. Apartment was clean and tide. All family and kid were happy there.

Some minor issue with a stuck window but got solved after messaging the owners.

The apartment was beautiful. It was spacious enough for our group, and we found it especially helpful to have the extra half bath for getting ready. The kitchen was well stocked and the bedrooms were comfortable. We also liked that it had very easy access to the tube (~10 min walk) and bus lines (~3-5 minute walk), so getting into the city center was incredibly easy with just a 20-30 minute ride to most of the tourist attractions, but it was far enough away that it felt like a quiet oasis away from the hustle and bustle that would come with staying in the middle of London.

It took a little while to get our check-in information, so the process of getting our key was a little stressful after a long morning of travel, but it was resolved during the agreed upon check-in window. We also had some minor issues with WiFi. There are two networks, which was nice to ensure speedy connection, but for some reason the WiFi in the primary living areas only worked for us on the first and last days of our stay. Our devices just wouldn't connect the other two days, which seemed strange.
