Die Lage ist gut, aber nicht fußläufig zum Zentrum. Genug öffentliche Verkehrsmittel in der Nähe. Sehr positiv: Hinterhaus und daher sehr ruhig. Gute Klimaanlage. Größe der Wohnung sehr angenehm. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe und sehr gute Cafés.
Das Warmwasser in der Dusche hat nicht richtig funktioniert. Entweder war es kochend heiß oder kalt. Bei der Ausstattung fehlte ein weinöffner.

Sicuramente la posizione, xchè di fronte c'è un comodo supermercato, ha vicino bar, ristoranti, la fermata della metro e soprattutto dista meno di 500 MT dall'ospedale, che era il motivo del mio soggiorno, e poi c'erano anche detersivi e carta igienica, che nn è scontato trovare già in appartamento... insomma un bel appartamentino
Se proprio devo trovare un difetto, manca la macchinetta del caffè e l'acqua della doccia che nn regola bene il caldo e freddo
