Apartment was very nice and comfortable and in a good location. The price was reasonable and the owner was timely and helpful.
There were some basic things missing like no tablecloths, no plastic bag in the bin and no toaster. A normal electric kettle would have been better than the kettle that needed coffee packs to make coffee.

Friendly owner, efficient communication. Clean and comfortable appartment, nicely decorated and warm in wintertime (central heating). Everything was prepared as agreed. Convenient connection to the city centre (bus and tram next to the house).
Acoustics of the building: you hear the neighbours upstairs. But this is not the owner's fault.
