Cozy and restful apartment in Como, near the Lake

Appartement calme et correctement équipé, bien situé pour se rendre à pied au lac de Côme, et à l'embarcadère Bonne literie Wifi

Personne à notre arrivée pour nous remettre les clés (apparemment, problème interne à NG_apartments...) Après 20 min, quelqu'un arrive, mais l'appartement réservé n'est pas libre de suite. Nous devons encore patienter avant de pouvoir nous installer 1 heure plus tard. Parking dans la rue, payant (11,10 € par jour)

Апартамента е много добър,оборудван с всичко от което има нужда за едно пътуване,мястото е много близо до всичко(център,гара,фуникуляр,стадион Комо и езеро) на пешеходно разстояние.Собственика Роберто беше перфектен при настаняването обясни ни всичко за апартамента и за нещата около него за посещаване.Бих посетил отново.

El apartamento está recién reformado, es muy cómodo y estaba muy limpio. El personal muy amable, nos dejaron entrar antes de la hora y nos han guardado las maletas unas horas tras dejar el apartamento, además de preocuparse en todo momento de que estuviésemos bien. Nos dejaron cápsulas de café e infusiones y una botella de vino espumoso italiano y unas fresas como detalle de bienvenida. La situación muy buena cerca del lago. O sea, todo muy bien

Me gustó todo, no puedo poner ninguna queja. Todo increible

Location was literally 5 mins to lake Como 15 mins from train station Ideal for 1 night Owner friendly and met us 15 mins later than check in as our train was arriving at 8

The apartment clearly wasn't thoroughly checked by owner after it had been cleamed as the floor was dirty, sofa bed mattress had what looked like flea eggs so I had to hoover it and fully check everywhere. I have my own cleaning business so I do always check as like things clean. The sponge to wash up was falling apart. We didnt use any pots as the sponge was filthy. It was cleaner when we checked out. Only hand towels for the shower facilities - managed as only 1 night. No toaster or oven as listed on the facilities. We traveled around Italy and picked certain places for different facilities so was disappointed no toaster as had bought bread/jam etc from shop so we could use.
