Położenie- dokładnie między starą a nową częścią Rzeszowa. Wygoda z podziemnym garażem. Ładny widok z 5 piętra. Mieszkanie b. czyste i komfortowe. Wygodne łóżko. Korzystna dla nas, klientów, relacja ceny do jakości- otrzymujemy za standartowe stawki bardzo dobre mieszkanie. Z przekonaniem polecam.
Do koszów na śmieci trzeba przejść do sąsiedniego budynku, ale wszyscy mieszkańcy domu tak mają, no więc to zwyczajna praktyka. To jednak drobiazg, który nie wpływa na najlepszą z możliwych ocenę mieszkania.

Bardzo gustownie urządzone wnętrze, rzadko spotykana czystość, chyba pierwszy raz spotkałam się z tak doskonale wyposażonym mieszkaniem na wynajem. Na dole kawiarenka, można zjechać w kapciach, w pobliżu wszystko co potrzeba, żeby zrobić małe zakupy, czy dobrze zjeść. Odległość do centrum również spacerowa 15-20 min., a przy tym cisza i spokój. Jeśli kiedykolwiek ponownie będziemy odwiedzać Rzeszów, na pewno wybierzemy ten sam apartament.
