Wszystko odpowiadało opisowi w ogłoszeniu, zdjęcia dobrze oddają wygląd wnętrza. Nie mieliśmy problemu z za(wy)meldowaniem, instrukcje jakie dostaliśmy były jasne i szczegółowe. Lokal bardzo nam się podobał. Budynek blisko centrum, małym spacerkiem dojedziemy do rynku. Położony nad samą rzeką, obok duży park i ścieżki pieszo rowerowe.
Brak parkingu na obiekcie. Niestety zaparkowaliśmy przy blokach na ulicy Podwisłocze. Skoczyło się pilną wizytą w myjni samochodowej. Całe auto pokryte było ptasimi odchodami. Po drugiej stronie rzeki parking pod halą sportową byłby zdecydowanie lepszym wyborem. W nocy sam budynek spokojny, natomiast na ulicy rajdy z wyciętym tłumikiem, przeszkadzały w spaniu mimo dość wysokiego piętra (7).
