* Excellent location in the city centre, close to shops and a shopping centre. * Parking can be found nearby, which is convenient if travelling by car. * Great view from the windows: the river and modern buildings. * Modern, spacious apartment with a stylish interior, nice furniture and well-chosen colours. * New and modern building with a working lift and good common areas. * Easy self check-in. The instructions for getting the keys were clear and everything worked without any problems. * A small convenience store is located on the ground floor, which is very useful for basic necessities. * Glovo delivery works very quickly and efficiently in this area. * The apartment has a balcony and all the main household appliances.

* The communication with the hosts was not very guest-oriented. As an international guest who does not speak Polish, I contacted them in English, but they consistently replied only in Polish, without making any effort to communicate in English. Of course, translation tools are available, but when a guest writes in English, I would expect at least some attempt to respond in the same language. * There were no dishwasher tablets. Having a dishwasher is not very useful if guests cannot actually use it. For a short 2–4 day stay, it would be reasonable to provide at least a couple of tablets. * The same problem with the washing machine: no detergent was provided. Buying a whole pack of detergent for a short stay is inconvenient. * Some cutlery did not seem completely clean. * The bed linen did not feel fresh. The sheets and duvet cover did not have the feeling or smell of freshly washed laundry. * The pillows were small and uncomfortable, with very little support. My head sank into them, making it difficult to sleep comfortably. * The towels also did not feel fresh. There was some dust/small debris on them, and the quality/condition felt similar to the floor towel in the bathroom. * The shampoo/soap dispenser in the shower is installed almost at floor level, which is extremely inconvenient to use. * The sofa needs professional cleaning, as there are many visible stains on it. * The Netflix account on the TV was locked/restricted, and I could not log in with my own account.
