1) Dobra lokalizacja (blisko rzeki, autobusu, sklepów). 2) Łatwe zameldowanie i wymeldowanie. 3) Czysto + dobry stan wyposażenia w mieszkaniu. 4) Dobrze działające WiFi + telewizja. 5) Kilmatyzacja bardzo dobrze działał - było komfortowo, pomimo wysokiej temperatury na zewnątrz.
1) Niektóre naczynia (np. kieliszki) były trochę niedomyte. 2) Brakowało większej liczby ręczników. Dostałem tylko jeden kąpielowy (już dość zużyty) – brakowało małego ręcznika do rąk. 3) Brakowało jakiejś szmatki materiałowej w kuchni (do wytarcia rąk, naczyń). 4) Zatyczka w zlewie w łazience opadała samoistnie - trzeba było ją ręcznie podnosić, żeby woda spłynęła. Mało komfortowe. 5) Dosyć głośno od ulicy (raczej trzeba było na wieczór i noc zamknąć okno).

Mieszkanie ładne, zadbane i czyste. Wszystko zgodne z opisem. Blisko restauracje i galeria.
Jedyny minus tego miejsca to niestety parking, który nie jest dostępny obok bloku.

Квартира чудова👍 Світла, все охайно і гарно.
Не вистачає сковорідки і виделок. І ще замінила б простирадло, бо трішки замале на ліжко і спиш просто на матраці.
