Il n'y a pas de mots assez forts pour décrire à quel point notre séjour à la Villa Ice a été merveilleux. Dès les premiers échanges, avant même notre arrivée, Marianna a répondu avec gentillesse et disponibilité à toutes nos questions, facilitant ainsi la préparation de notre voyage. Une fois sur place, nous avons été accueillis avec une chaleur, une générosité et une bienveillance exceptionnelles. Chaque attention, chaque conseil et chaque geste ont contribué à rendre notre séjour inoubliable. La propreté impeccable de la Villa, votre disponibilité et la rapidité avec laquelle vous répondiez à nos besoins méritent d'être soulignées. Un merci tout spécial à Guido pour ses déjeuners gargantuesques, délicieux et toujours préparés avec le souci de nous faire plaisir. Nous nous sommes sentis choyés du début à la fin. Et que dire de la vue spectaculaire sur la baie de Sorrente, le mont Vésuve et les magnifiques couchers de soleil qui ont accompagné nos soirées... Un véritable petit coin de paradis. Vous êtes sans aucun doute le plus grand coup de cœur de notre voyage. Si une note supérieure à 10 était possible, c'est celle que nous vous attribuerions sans hésitation. The most beautiful villa we have ever stayed in – and, even more importantly, the most wonderful people we have ever met ❤️ There simply aren’t enough words to describe how much we recommend this villa and the incredible Guido and Marianna. The villa is absolutely breathtaking. It is beautiful, spotless, exceptionally well-maintained, and equipped with everything you could possibly need – and more. The rooms are spacious, beautifully designed and fully equipped. The pool is stunning, the outdoor areas are gorgeous, and you can feel the love and attention to detail in every single corner of the property. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with food, soft drinks, beer and wine. We immediately felt that we were not just guests, but people they genuinely cared about. But above all, Guido and Marianna are what truly made this place unforgettable. Every morning, Guido came to prepare an absolutely wonderful breakfast for us. Everything was fresh, delicious and prepared with so much care. Every morning felt like the beginning of another perfect day. Throughout our stay, they constantly made sure we were comfortable, happy and had everything we needed. And then something happened that showed us just how exceptional they truly are. Our son’s phone broke during our vacation. Guido and Marianna immediately offered to help us. They took the phone to be repaired, and the next day Guido went with our son into the city to help him buy a new phone. He even spent time walking around the city with him and showing him around. This was far beyond anything we could have expected from our hosts. It was a gesture of genuine kindness and care that we will never forget. We arrived as guests and left as family. ❤️ This was not simply a stay at a beautiful villa. It was an experience of true Italian hospitality, generosity, warmth and kindness – something very special and increasingly rare.
