Maison Bon Bon

We could not have asked for a better stay. The property itself is immaculate with a lovely view overlooking Sorrento. The staff, the food, the room were all fantastic.

Our stay at Maison Bon Bon was, without exaggeration, the best holiday we’ve ever been on. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed like family. After a long day of travelling, they went out their way and made us tea without hesitation — such a thoughtful gesture that instantly made us feel at home. This is a truly family-run boutique hotel, and that warmth and care is felt in every detail. We’ve stayed in many 5-star hotels before, but nothing compares to this. The level of genuine hospitality here is simply unmatched. The rooms were exceptionally clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The setting itself is incredibly tranquil — the perfect place to relax and unwind after a busy day exploring the Amalfi Coast. The views are absolutely breathtaking. Sitting on the patio with a full panoramic view over Sorrento and the sea is something we’ll never forget. One of the most special touches is the food. The mother of the family cooks the most unbelievable homemade meals, made even more special by ingredients grown right there — fresh basil, lemons, and olives from their own trees. It doesn’t get more authentic than that. They also made getting around effortless. The complimentary shuttle service into Sorrento was so convenient, and they went above and beyond with restaurant recommendations — even dropping us right at the door of a recommended restaurant. Every detail, every interaction, every moment made this stay unforgettable. If you’re looking for somewhere that combines stunning views, comfort, and truly heartfelt hospitality, this is it. We cannot recommend Maison Bon Bon enough — we’ll absolutely be back.

The hotel was finished to a high standard and the rooms were very clean and comfortable. The family owners couldn’t do enough to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The free shuttle to town was invaluable. The hotel with its delightful setting and views provided a great oasis from the bustling Sorrento. We highly recommend Maison Bon Bon.

- Breakfast - The bed was very uncomfortable - The tell me about a free upgrade per my honeymoon and don’t do it. - The room door lock was broken. - I had informed them not to do the cleaning because I had my suitcases open, along with my computer, passports, and other personal belongings (including recent purchases) out in the room to organize them. Despite that, they went ahead and cleaned the room anyway. The room doesn’t have any way to indicate “Do Not Disturb,” so you have to tell them every day — and even then, there seems to be a communication issue
