Relais Villa Savarese was stunning. A beautiful room in a beautiful property with very friendly staff. The pool area and gardens were lovely and well maintained. Highly recommend.

Nice garden and well positioned
We booked a Superior Room and got assigned to a room in the garden which was definetly below the standards commercialized by the hotel. On one day of heavy rain the room got completely flooded with water dropping out from the cealing througout the walls, also near areas with electric cables. Completely floor surface of the room covered by water - all our electrical devices would have been demaged if we were not in the room as that happened. Room service was good at providing support to adress the issue promptly and we were moved to another room over the day, but as we asked for a partial refund the manager refused. Structure and policies were not in line with the price.
