We loved the location, stylish surroundings, breakfast and room was great and staff were lovely and very helpful
The pool was only open from 10.30 to 7pm and it would have been nice to have longer opening times

Super staff and excellent hotel and guest areas
I would have liked to the eggs cooked to order instead of being on a hot plate. I’m sure if I asked they would have!!

Great location only 20 mins walk from the busy centre of Sorrento. Friendly helpful staff and lovely pool.

Nice garden and well positioned
We booked a Superior Room and got assigned to a room in the garden which was definetly below the standards commercialized by the hotel. On one day of heavy rain the room got completely flooded with water dropping out from the cealing througout the walls, also near areas with electric cables. Completely floor surface of the room covered by water - all our electrical devices would have been demaged if we were not in the room as that happened. Room service was good at providing support to adress the issue promptly and we were moved to another room over the day, but as we asked for a partial refund the manager refused. Structure and policies were not in line with the price.
