I had the large room, which was spacious with a large bathroom and balcony.
I would be happier if room was cleaner, especially bathroom. I do not like to see someone else’s hair.

Very lovely room. Clean. Nicely decorated. Well located in relation to Sorrento town if you make use of a Vespa.
The lady would not allow us to turn the aircon below 23 degrees Celsius. Would have enjoyed the room to be slightly cooler.

The room was good, the bed was comfortable, included. Breakfast was very nice, hosts were very nice, Wi-Fi was good, getting into the property was easy, I was meant by a host who showed me the property and explained everything, staff was very nice and accommodating
Train in the shower was really bad. I had to use a very low pressure to make sure the water would not spill out of the shower… water temperature was really weird, it was very hard to get the right temperature.

The property is just as photographed, dark rooms with the blinds, great bathroom. The requirement of putting the key card in to have the power work is annoying because the rooms get so hot and need time to cool down.
The procedure to get in and out is extremely unclear from the owner and they need to make more clear instructions.
Also, they aren’t the most friendly to work with. We were extremely delayed and exhausted and getting in was a bit difficult because they weren’t there and sent really disorganized instructions. And then they only gave us one key when we both needed keys to get in and out.
