It was close to the Hakata Station. When the hot shower was turned off due to a momentary power shutdown in the afternoon, the host responded promptly and guided us to the Hot Water Controls panel. The host also pointed us to the Light Remote Control when the bedroom light was dimmed when we came back.
There were some noise due to some renovation work during our stay but that's not a big problem because we were out most of the time. The room size seems smaller than the 20m² stated as part of it was occupied by the balcony that's not usable to us.
