Location is quite near Hakata station with lots of restaurants downstairs. The property was well furnished and comfortable for many people. We were able to do light cooking as well which was a small plus. It was great for a family stay.
There was only 1 toilet so if you have a big party make sure to schedule usage. The property can get quite cold in winter outside of the bedroom, and can be quite squeezy if you have many people staying.

Amazing for price and location. Good for multiple guests. And amazing communication and hospitality from staff! Very accomodating to my special requests.
The bathroom with the shower was a bit smelly but bearable. The window in the kitchen has a bright light that shines through all night and there isn’t a door or curtains between the window and beds. So was hard to sleep as i need to sleep in pitch black.

Spacious, 711 on the corner, clean bedding, lots of natural light
Light controllers didn't work, wash tub room smelled, wash tub moves, no washer, pillows are throw pillows (not real pillows), room had a window that leads to the stairwell where you can hear even a whisper in the hall
