Very hard check in. You can't stay here if you don't have a cellphone. Once we got in, it was fine. We had a lovely modest room with 2 double beds, a kitchen, balcony and washing machine. The micrrowave heating coil was not working, so it took a while to get that fixed, but they were helpful and nice.
Better directions to the hotel would help as well. We read that there were complimentary drinks, but did not find any.
All in all a very nice 4 day stay. We would recommend this hotel for price, location and a well stocked room.

Many shops nearby, shirt walk to metro.or hakata station. Only drawback is the late checkin time (was fine when we booked as we planned to arrive by ferry, but then took a flight and it was a longer wait till 5)

The pavement from Hakata station to apartment is bit rough at some places. Clean and spacious rooms. Good washing machine but not enough laundry detergent. Over good accommodation with 7 eleven nearby.
