Emplacement pratique (15 minutes à pied de la gare de Bernay), à proximité d'une bonne boulangerie et du centre-ville. Equipement complet et chambre spacieuse.
Impossible de faire le noir dans la chambre (certains rideaux ne sont pas occultants) et pas de porte pour séparer la chambre de la partie cuisine (sans rideaux aux fenêtres). Ventilation assez bruyante. Isolation phonique faible si bien que l'on entend distinctement les voitures passant dans la rue.

Salle de douche aménagée professionnellement contrairement à l'aménagement de l'aspace cuisine
On a l'impression que l'aménagement de la cuisine était réalisé avec les éléments de récupération. Bac inox bien trop important pour studio 2 personnes (tellement large que les portes en dessous ne fermaient pas). La gazinière est équipée de 4 feux plus four - aucun des 4 ne s'allumait électroniquement (pas d'allumettes... non plus) et 4 gaz pour 2 personnes...? Accès à la porte d'entrée difficile autour d'une voiture garée très proche et tapis extérieur de la porte à nettoyer ou à renouveler
