The place is very clean

The apt is on the 3rd floor and no elevator, it didn’t mention on the web that we have to climb to the 3rd floor. We are three women and one 13 yo boy, travelled for 18 days and carried big luggages; it was very challenging to carry and climb to the 3rd floor.

It was spacious.

It was on the 4th floor, and there was no elevator. The terrace door was open and there was a cigarette butt in a dirty ashtray. There was no designated parking and no information to find free parking.

we had no hot water as the boiler was not working and my son boiled the kettle which he thought had been filled with water only to find out it was a cleaning fluid when he drunk it

The location is great. Loved the balcony and the modern, streamlined design. It was bright, airy and clean, and value for money was amazing. Delicious bakery was perfect for breakfast and communication with hosts was clear and straightforward. Would definitely recommend.

A minor thing... a heads up that the town centre was closed for a major cycling event the day we arrived would have been helpful. When we arrived we had to negotiate the closed roads and park half a mile or so out. It was a long way to carry luggage! That said, the atmosphere was great and we enjoyed watching the cycling from the balcony once we arrived.

Due to the high summer temperatures perhaps a fan . The apartment was very hot but this certainly didn’t spoil our stay .

Very well located, walking distance to everything. A bakery underneath, in the morning the delecious aroma drifts into the apartment. Light and well decorated apartment and friendly hosts.

Place is centrally located, very c;lean and host seems nice (at least in the message exchange). I would have rated this higher if instructions and amenities were improved (see what didn't you like section).

I requested English version of the instructions but I never received any. Although Goggle translate can do it but the narratives in the pictures sent could not be translated by Google translate. Instructions should say that the lockbox is outside the apt door on the 4th (or whatever floor that was, so for people with difficulties climbing stairs, beware). I was looking for it on the ground floor once I got into the main building (using the code provided). Instructions should say like, once you enter the main building door (where a code was provided), walk past the mailboxes, and go to nth floor where the unit is located. The lockbox for the apt is located by the apt. door. Updated pic of the apt door should be provided where the lockbox should clearly be identified. Amenities - only 2 bath towels were provided! We were looking for hand and face towels and there were none. And how hard and expensive it is to provide tea bags and instant coffee, especially since most of the restaurants and cafes are not open early or they close early! Not sure if this was mentioned in the description in booking.com but since most of the accommodations in booking.com are hotels and not apartments (like in airbnb) and we expect these amenities to be standard. If these 2 issues are resolved, I would highly recommend the place.

Great location, including an excellent bakery and restaurants nearby. Parking easy too. The apartment was beautifully designed and very well equipped - cotton sheets, comfy beds and impeccable clean.

Appartement très bien aménagé, tres mignon, chambres spacieuses et confortables . Bien situé et au calme. Très bon rapport qualite/prix. Très bonne communication avec les propriétaires..

3eme étage sans ascenseur. Ce n'était pas un.pb pour nous sauf pour une personne plus âgée qui.nous accompagnait. Pour 1 nuit, ça allait qd même.

Nous avons apprécié la superficie du logement, l'emplacement.

Jättebra läge centralt i Lisieux på tredje våningen. Utsikt mot basilikan och rondell Promenadavstånd till kloster, basilika, Thereses uppväxt hem. Fin luftig lägenhet, enkelt parkera på gatan nedanför och bageri i bottenvåningen för frukost.

Svårt att inte låta när man går upp i trätrappan. Kranen på badrummet hade väldigt dålig stråle ( inga problem i övriga kranar), nyckel box var lite trixig att öppna kopplat till dess placering i höger dörrkarm - funkade mycket enklare vid retur när dörren var öppet.

Excellent emplacement au centre ville. Trois belles chambres avec une literie confortable, spacieux, lumineux, propre, joliment décoré . Propriétaires aux petits soins réactifs aux questions. Très bonne communication 👍

L'appartement est très agréable, fonctionnel et proche de tout.

Les volets cassés dans la chambre côté cuisine mais c'est un détail.

L'emplacement excellent sauf bémol la porte d'entrée est difficile d'entrée même avec code. Une voisine nous a dit que la porte avait un problème et que cela est arrivée à plusieurs reprises.

Très bonne communication, propriétaires aux petits soins. 3 grandes chambres avec literie très confortable. Excellent emplacement avec une boulangerie aux pieds du logement. Notre petit garçon était aux anges avec toutes les attentions (lit bébé, siege bébé, livres et coloriages, et blocs de construction ). Proche du zoo de Cerza et de la basilique de Lisieux.

Juste a savoir pour personne a mobilité réduite, le logement est situé au 3eme étage sans ascenseur.

Les échanges avec Fred et Angel qui sont hyper réactifs. L'appartement est juste au top ! On s'y sent super bien, tout est bien pensé, une déco sobre et jolie. Bref je recommande sans hésitation !

Un petit couac dû à la société de nettoyage mais qui ne nous a pas gênés.

Moderne, propre et bien décoré

Portal sucio y oscuro, ducha sucia, toallas viejas, oscuras, una de ellas "teñida". Polvo en la casa, suelo de madera que crugia. ... No había wifi.
