EL PARADISE - Logement Entier - Cœur de Ville - Basilique au Balcon - Proche Gare

Apartamento grande, 3 quartos, confortável, camas confortáveis, localização boa.

Fiquei surpresa ao chegar e saber que fica no terceiro andar sem elevador, essa informação deveria estar bem CLARA, na descrição do apartamento, tem vários equipamentos, mas faltam os produtos para poder usar, não tem sabão pra máquina de lavar louça, nem pra máquina de lavar roupas, não tem cápsulas de café, não tem sabonete, nem shampoo e foi uma batalha pra conseguir toalhas de banho, o máximo que conseguimos foram 3 toalhas de banho e 3 de rosto para 4 pessoas, faltam louças para 4 pessoas, em resumo teria tudo pra ser excelente, nota 10, mas falta boa vontade dos proprietários e informação mais clara na descrição do imóvel. E o chão de madeira é muito barulhento, bem como as escadas.

- very spacious (three spacious bedrooms, kitchen and living room); - good location; - easy free parking behind the building opposite the flat (by the owners need to CLEARLY indicate it!)

Owners claim that guests’ comfort is their priority but… - No toiletries: no shampoo, shower gel in the bathroom, hand soap was empty - first time I see this. - Water is hardly flowing out of the shower head (either poor pressure or the head is blocked). - We were three people and each received just one bath towel, not a single hand towel. - There were two coffee machines but no coffee capsules nor powder, not even tea nor instant coffee (just a herbal infusion), no sugar - disappointing. - The owners could have clearly indicated the free parking (behind the building opposite the flat) instead of their dry: « you can park in front » which is NOT free. - Check-out way too early at 10AM (everywhere else in the region is 11AM or 12PM). - Just one extra blanket for three bedrooms (lots of pillows though), whereas it was cold with no heating in the beginning of April. - The flat is for six people but there were only three mugs. - Main areas were clean but lots of dust in the bathroom and harder to access areas - see pictures. The flat needs a good « spring » clean.

The hob only had 2 working rings, the cooking utensils were sparse, the toilet flusher had come away from the wall and the door didn't close properly, the curtains were very thin so let in the light from outside and the double beds were very small.
