A/C is only inside the living room, therefore the bedroom is very hot.

ho soggiornato presso questa struttura da solo per visitare la città ed è in una posizione ottima con una vista mozzafiato, si arriva ovunque molto velocemente a piedi e nei pressi dell’appartamento ci sono molti bar dove poter fare colazione o mangiare qualcosa al volo. l’host è gentilissimo e disponibilissimo per qualsiasi chiarimento. struttura pulita e ben tenuta, non ho avuto nessun problema durante il mio soggiorno. la consiglio e tornerò sicuramente!

I really enjoyed my stay. The location was excellent and exactly what I needed, as I came to the city for an event and the venue was perfectly close to the apartment. The apartment had everything necessary for a comfortable stay of several days. Overall, I was very satisfied and would gladly choose this place again.

There was no microwave in the apartment. However, as my trip was very busy and I didn’t spend much time in the apartment, it did not cause any real discomfort. Still, having a microwave would be a nice addition. Also, the tourist tax was charged separately by Booking. This was not a problem in general, but it was inconvenient for me to pay it, as Ukrainian bank card restrictions do not allow direct transfers to the host. This is not the host’s fault and did not affect my overall impression of the stay, but it did cause some inconvenience.

Довольно большое пространство, удобное месторасположение напротив Отеля Рэдиссон, и гораздо дешевле. Наблюдая из окна за сервисом в этом отеле понимаешь, за что ты не доплатил ( простоять полчаса на жаре под вонючей парадной в поисках заветного бокса с ключами, и из-за нечетких инструкций найти, что боксов как и парадных несколько, а код дали неверный и в последний момент, когда у тебя, как назло, отключился интернет)

Унитаз не прикручен. Были проблемы с оплатой за питомца ( пришлось заплатить столько, сколько сказали, так как оплата за жилье уже была произведена через букинг и возвращать деньги в случае не согласования цены за питомца- уже не представлялось возможным).
