Totul. Este o locatie foarte buna, amenajarea este super ok. Aprope ce parcul Cismigiu si de multe atractii.
In principiu nu am gasit ceva sa nu imi placa.

Très bonne localisation géographique.
Il règne une très mauvaise odeur dans les parties communes de l'immeuble - pipi de chat, en particulier dans le hall d'entrée. Les murs et les plafonds de l'appartement sont bleu foncé, presque noir. Pour deux ou trois jours on fait avec, mais c'est un peu déprimant. L'absence de volet, et malgré des rideaux, le soleil levant envahit la chambre très tôt le matin.
